Monday Morning--answer to "the man"

 Wow, it's been a real struggle for me lately.  I've been working out like crazy, but also hungry for things.  I've been battling the snack monster, and thought I was doing better, but got on the scale this morning and it doesn't show much.  These last 6 lbs are being b^&*(es to get off!!

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  156.2
This week: 156.1
This week:  Lost 0.1 lbs this week.

I guess I should at least be glad it's a loss, not a gain.  I'll try not to be discouraged.

 You are doing great!  Like you said, at least it was still a loss.  No matter how little it is.  

My loss has been so hit or miss but I too at least am losing slowly but surely.  This week was better after a 3 week stall.  Once again I expect that it's going to get harder to lose as I am nearing my goal.

Highest weight - 290

Starting weight - 278

Last week weight - 148

Today weight - 148

Still holding the weight loss, but not being very diligent lately.  The grazing monster is rearing it's ugly head, having issues with that lately.  Have to get more diligent and also exercise more!

Hope to see many this coming Saturday at coffee, I think that helps me - I seem to hold myself more accountable when I see my coffee peeps!
